These have been in the cellar resting and evolving, as they were brewed to age and stand the test of time. Each ID is a unique address, pointing to the rice farm that each comes from. A really unique opportunity to experience the terroir of Yamadanishiki and aging potential of sake. We will also be opening a bottle from Hidehikos new brewery, Nichi Nichi for a full comparative experience.
