Someone has modified it a little and added the lace and cuffs, and put velcro dots inside placket to close up. Could be replaced with hooks and eyes. A little fade as well. It is quite lovely but needs a little TLC. AS IS. Measures 14" shoulders, 32" bust. 26" waist, 44" hips, 17" bodice, 56" long, 22" sleeves
