Whatever it is, it's quite an unusual print for a tiny girl's dress and I love it! It has buttons in the back. Please note that this dress is very sheer. Details Size approximately 2T Shoulders 9. 25" Chest 11. 5" Waist 10. 25" Sleeves 4. 5" Length 16" Condition I don't see any holes or stains but it looks like the hem was let out and then rehemmed to
