Navy Blue Cold Shoulder Drape Dress pearl_drop This bag has visible overlockedThis long length drape dress is a bit of a departure from my usual designs. I am trying something new! It has a cold shoulder neckline with the top hem gathered all the way around on a very wide striped elastic strap creating a lovely ruched effect around the neckline. Because it is on elastic it has some stretch in it although it is not loose by any means. The elastic has a multicoloured stripe woven into it, adding a little fleck of colour detail to
