I captured this purple sea fan swaying in the tides off Cat Island in the Bahamas

to the turquoise water

I love shooting small bays where I can capture the water’s edge as well as the far corners of the bay

Mama’s is known for its spectacular ocean-side property

More than once I have stubbed my toe on one of these gorgeous shells buried in the sand as I strolled down a deserted beach. This shot was taken at Cocoplum beach at low tide where the patterned sand provides the perfect background to showcase the conch shell.
