Baryte pseudomorph Malachite pseudomorph chrysocolla Malachite and Aragonite with a Grey Oxide cumulus cloud formation of sparklyA rare and highly unusual specimen. This is a double pseudomorph with an additional coating of bright, sparkling, druzy Quartz. Baryte crystals of cockscomb habit have been deposited onto a matrix consisting of a narrow band of Dolomite covering a mixture of calcite and quartz. Prior to the The Baryte crystals forming, a layer of botryoidal Heteroginite was deposited. The Baryte was then pseudomorphed by Malachite, which in turn was partly
