Divided into the familiar three sections that reflect the process of chutney making chopping, mixing and preserving the issue features 11 personal stories about Iranian funk, yaffa oranges, campofilone, grape molasses, archives, leftovers, vintage cars, silhouettes, swamps, sculptures and sherihan.
