Bordiga, Vermouth, Extra Dry Cuvee_Cuvee des Sires de Vergy This happens every timeBordiga is a producer of Piedmontese vermouths, amari, gins, and liqueurs that speak clearly of their alpine origins. All vermouths are made with traditional Piedmontese grapes (Moscato, Nebbiolo, etc) and prominently feature local herbs such as chamomile, gentian, and juniper. The Moscato in this Extra Dry adds lovely rich and fruity aromas to a traditional dry Vermouth that uses mostly gentian root and gentian flowers as its bittering component.
