Stitching needs repaired around neckline (see photos) Covered button fastening to back and popper stud fastening to side. Tie belt to dress. Over jacket has a scalloped edge to the collar which expends down the front. Material unknown, feels like crepe. Measurements are 34" chest and 30" waist. Good condition.
